I looked at spec. sheet but found nothing for temp. adjustments so I would have to say try turning up water heater a little at a time.

Shower force

Are you wanting to change/switch the hot and cold range of the shower or the temperature max and min? As for the range, the Monitor pressure balance valve may be having build up or problems. This valve controls the mixture of hot and cold water. To fix this, you will need to turn off the water supply, take the pipes apart and clean out the valve (I would recommend a professional). As for the max and min, you may just need to check the water heater pressure in your house. It may not be the faucet at all.

No heat new thermostat blows good was told may be valve going to hoses $200 tofix where can that be foun d is it easy fix?

easy is in the eye of the beholder and skill sets.
you could read the manual (FSM) and assess that for your self.
so you are saying the engine coolant thermostat is good and is at
180F or more all the time , hot, holding.
and that this hot coolant fails to reach the heater core?
right?
it can only be 2 things,
1: that valve some cars have.
2: or path is clogged.
3: some cars have a damper that blocks the core , so if that is stuck then bingo.

may be? why guess. do the tests to find the facts.
or guess and guess wrong.
$$$$
if you really want the facts, go to alldata.com $15 year DIY subs.
and read the HVAC section,
or get the Full FSM from Honda or Helm.? or anywhere.

in the book they tell you how to conduct these simple tests.

here is the heater valve test.
there are 2 water hoses from engine to cab, on right hand side
of RHD car. (usa)
a top hose
and bottom hose.
the bottom hose has a valve there.
the test:
engine hot. 180F +
heater on max. fan max too.
both sides of vavle, that is both sides of valve hoses
just be real hot, so hot hand jumps back after 5sec touch.
this is NORMAL.
if not hot both sides, the coolant is NOT flowing.
if not flowing , make sure valve is opening on demand.
if it is , this path is filthy and is packed up. (forgot the 2year flush and fill?s)

the valve is cable operated
have person one adjust dash temp lever from min to max
then person two ,look at the water valve , does that lever, move
from min to max.>?
the cable must be adjusted, if (messed with prev.)
dash temp to 60F.
take out all slick at cable, at valve, using. cable clamp next to valve.
keep in mind , if the heater core,is cold.
the valve is bad, stuck or clogged
or the core is packed in crud
or the hoses associated to all this are packed.

i can tell you guessing will be expensive.

The temperature in my shower is very luke warm only at the shower

Do you mean the other faucets in the house are hot and only the shower is warm? If so there is an anti-scald adjustment on the faucet that needs to be turned up a few notches. Havent adjusted a Grohe faucet but most faucets you rmove the handle and behind the handle is a nothced adjustment ring that prevents the faucet from getting too hot. This ring, or stop, is pulled out and twisted clockwise(or counter clockwise to set higher or lower max temp, then pushed back. maybe you can look up grohe to see which way ring or stop adjusts for hotter water.

My delta 132900 gets too hot.

With these Faucets, you can remove the handle and make adjustments to the max Hot water setting (scald guard).

You may also have a faulty or lime-covered cartridge.

SEE THIS SITE for making adjustments/replacing the cartridge.

Saeco portafilter instructions

When using ground coffee, use coarser grind like the size of table salt grain. Feel the ground coffee for adjustment. Do not tamp, just level the cup with coffee grounds and lock the portafilter into the group ring. Pull the handle all the way to the right and hold. Turn espresso hot water switch on. Hold the portafilter pulled all the way to the right for 5 seconds (pre-infusion pressure builds up to 9 bars). Release the handle at the end of 5 seconds. Espresso shots should be max. 2-Oz. in the cup. For larger quantity, use two shots. For an Americano, add hot water instead of allowing 8-Oz. water to pump through the coffee grounds.

Pressure upto max nearly im my bolier

You don't say what kind of boiler this is but I'm going to guess that it is a hot water boiler.  If so, you have a combination valve which adjusts the water by pressure and bleeds off excess.  These valves do get corroded and dirty.  Shut down the boiler, shut off the feed water valve.  Replace the valve assembly.  Do not try to adjust these things.  Your new valve should maintain about 15 psi.
