Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
Little amount of water went threw my earpiece and ended up on my screen. after seeing the water in under my screen i suddenly turned off my iphone. after turning it off, it continued turning on off and going to airplane mode. now my iphone will not turn on at all. what should i do?
If you have not fried it already there is a good chance that if you remove the battery immediately and let it dry out completely that it will begin to function normally.
Do not hook it to a charger until you know the internal components are dry. this will almost assuredly fry the device as the voltage is much higher from the wall.
If there is standing water inside the device, you may want to try and find a way to drain it so that the internal components don't corrode before they can dry out.
