Re: WASH TAKES HOURS
Check your exit hose spigot, it may be clogged. This is if your filter is all clean. There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it. Snaking out your standpipe would be good too. Check for blockage in pump.

Re: WASH TAKES HOURS
It sounds like you have a timer problem, is it still inder warranty. or you could have a voltage amperage problem, how old is your domicile, did you have the power source "plug in and circuit breaker checked to make sure it provided the correct amount of power to the washer. you might have a 30 amp washer on a 15 amp circuit and that can cause all kinds of problems. please check these things. look at the washers power rating volt and amps, then look at your circuit breaker is the CB providing the amps your machine needs the amps is on the front of the breaker usually on the reset switch.

Were the settings appropriate for the clothing?
The settings on the machine should be set properly for the load. Different fabric types require different wash/rinse temperatures, spin speeds, and wash times. Always follow the instructions printed on the fabric care label. The soil level needs to be set in accordance with the load type. Heavily soiled clothing will not come clean with a light soil level setting.
Was the proper detergent used?
If too much detergent is used, or non-HE detergent is used, the machine will not wash properly. Too many suds present during a wash decreases tumbling action and will not rinse out well. Furthermore, detergent residue built up in the machine over time will deposit extra detergent on clothes and deposit soil back into clothing.
Was the washer overloaded?
If the machine is overloaded, the machine will not wash and rinse properly. When the washer is overloaded, the clothes have no room to tumble, and the cleaning performance of the washer is reduced. In addition, when the clothes are packed tightly inside the drum the detergent and water will not distribute evenly throughout the items.
Front loaders require regular maintenance to ensure optimum performance. If this maintenance is not followed, residue can accumulate in the drum resulting in detergent and soil being deposited back into clothing. This can also lead to odor and other issues. Perform the required maintenance regularly (once or twice a month).
The time it takes to do a cycle is determined by the washing machine timer. That is driven by a clock motor. This is an older machine so what is happening is that the motor on the timer is stopping and starting. A replacement timer is sold only as a complete assembly. I'm fairly sure you washing machine does the best job in the world in cleaning cloths. Hope this helps, Best, Mark
Hello, an OE error presents if the washing machine has not successfully drained the water in ten minutes.
there are a few simple steps to take before calling for service.
Step 1: Check the drain pump filter.
Items caught in the drain filter will prevent proper drainage. Over
time build up can occur from detergents and additives used in the
machine. Manually drain unit through the drain hose, then lay a towel
down to catch the water, and remove the filter. Clean the filter
thoroughly and restart the machine.
Step 2: Check the washers drain hose. If the drain hose is
not installed properly, the washer will not drain properly. The drain
hose should not be installed more than 1 meter higher than the bottom
of the washing machine.
Step 3: Confirm that the washer is leveled properly. If the
unit is not leveled properly, it will not drain properly. The front of
the unit cannot be higher than the back or vice versa. If not properly
leveled, the water can flow back into the machine. If this is the cause
of the problem, please level the machine using the supplied leveling
wrench. When you place a level on the washing machine, the bubble
should be in the center. Confirm that the washer is leveled from side
to side and front to back.
you can perform a diagonal test when leveling the washing machine to ensure that the unit does not tilt from corner to corner.
This code indicates a pump issue. First, remove and clean the filter.
Then you need to check out the pump.

is the code for long drain. The filter on your pump is probably clogged with
lint and stuff. You have to remove the bottom front panel, 3 torx screws
underneath. The panel will drop and come
off.Drain off the excess water from
the drain pipe you see. The white filter cover is right in front. Get yourself
a plastic bag to collect water. Unscrew the filter cover and twist the filter
out. Clean out all the stuff and put it back in carefully.Check your pump too, comes after the filter.
Regarding 'suds', the junk in your filter could be affecting the thin tube going from the pump area to the 'pressure switch' near the controls. This should not be blocked, remove clip from top & blow into it (after cleaning out the filter). If blocked clear it out. Do not wait for filter to clog up. Check it now & then, according to usage.
