Zanussi FLE1116w won't drain

It sounds like you need to check out the pump. Remove the hoses from the pump and use a flashlight to look into the suction port on the pump for anything clogging up the works. Also check the pump impeller. This noise that you describe could be the impeller. If any blades are missing or broken or if you can't get the impeller to spin freely, the pump is defective and will need replaced. Hard objects like coins, pins, etc. can sometimes make it to the pump and can damage the impeller blades. Really sorry for your trouble and I hope this helped. Best wishes.
