Question about HP LaserJet 1320n Printer
I don't think that is a back roller, is more than likely your fusing assembly. that would be the big roller just before the output assembly. unfortunately, once this occurs your fuser is not repairable. if you can remove the paper, this will happen again, with frequency. your best bet is to have the fusing assembly replaced. make sure you take it to someone that will guarantee the work for at least 90 days.
