There should always be a print button in Microsoft word but you can try the hot key. It's CTRL + P

Scanning a page onto a Microsoft Word so I can make corrections on it and print a corrected copy

you will need ocr
apparently one note has ocr that you can then copy the text from and paste into word

depending on version of microsoft word ? which you did not mention ? You might be able to add ocr with the install disks

no joy in word then you might be able to use an ocr software package.

How do I change font when copying something from a web page?

Hi Glenda. The best way to resolve this problem is to copy the text (presumably you did this) then Paste it into a word processor, like say Microsoft Word, or if you do not have a full Office Suite, download and install the free Libre Office (excellent!) via this link: http://download.cnet.com/LibreOffice/3000-18483_4-75337651.html then use its word processor (note that during the installation you are asked if you want Libre Office to work exactly as though Microsoft Office so opt for that - it's still all free) then you can Paste what you copied into a new page and once that is done, you can re-select the text in the document and change it to any font, any size, any colour etc as you wish. If you don't know how to copy text from a web page, put your mouse pointer at the start of the text you want to copy, it will change to a cursor (like a letter I) then hold down the left mouse button and drag the mouse down until all the text you want to copy is highlighted (could be white lettering on red or blue - depends on your computer setup). Then whilst it is highlighted, hold down the CTRL key and whilst that is down, press the C key (= CTRL+C). The text is now copied to your Windows Clipboard- it only stays there until next copy is made or computer turned off. To Paste into the word processor document left click inside the document and then use CTRL+V to Paste in the text. By repeating the selection process you can then change the font as mentioned using the facilities in the programme. That way you can change the font, colour, layout and so forth and of course, Save to keep for future reference.

How do you cut and paste from one document to another

The Microsoft Office allows you to copy text andgraphical items from Office documents or other programs and paste them intoanother Office document. For example, you can copy text from an e-mail message, data from a workbook or datasheet, and a graphic from a presentation and thenpaste them all into a document. The simplest way to copy data from one documentto another is as under. However, there are numerous options/ possibilities. Step-1 Select / Highlight the text you wish to copy toother document. Step-2 Click the copy button (Or press Ctrl +C) Step-3 Go to the document where you want to paste thecopied data and press paste button (or press Ctrl+V) Let me know if any further clarification/ assistance isrequired. Hope this helps! Good Luck! CreativeTECH

Microsoft Word document not printing correctly. All other programs print correctly...not this one...whats the deal?? It skips lines, prints in different font sizes...a complete mess. HP printer that has...

You can get a good copy by downloading OpenOffice here:
http://download.openoffice.org/other.html
It's a free full blown office suite that is better than MS Office (in my opinion). the copy and paste your document into open office writer. It's compatible with virtually every version of every major office suite ever made. Then when you have your copy you can uninstall it if you choose to. It will work. You can even turn it into a pdf if you want to.
Good luck
If this helps you resolve your problem, please
consider giving me a good rating and a quick
"thanks" or "good job".It will help me as well.
Thank you.

MY MOCROSOFT OFFICE WONT LET ME TYPE MY WORK IT

If MS Word prompts you to enter a serial number when it starts, your copy of MS Office is a free trial. When the trial runs out, the program will have limited functionality just like you mentioned. MS Word will allow you to read a file, but not write in the document.

In order to continue using the copy you have, you will have to purchase a license from Microsoft.com. But because the release of Office 2010 is right around the corner, they are having a promotion, which will allow you to upgrade to Office 2010 for free if you purchase a license for 2007.

The trial copy, when it expires will not allow you to copy/paste. If you need to edit it urgently, open the document in WordPad. A free downloadable alternative to MS Office, is Open Office, which works quite well.

Good luck.

I cant copy paste or type in my file

It sounds like the "File is locked for edit" which is an option you can set for documents and such in MS Office.

Check that out first.

I cannot print my documents even if there is Microsoft Office Document Imaging?

hi,
open Microsoft Office Document Imaging then opened the Tools menu, then
Options. In the Options window, select the "Other" tab and clicked on the "Reset" button under Default Program.

Then, close Microsoft Office Document Imaging and open windows explorer, navigated to an "*.MDI" file, right clicked it and chose "open with" "choose a program" then browse to the Microsoft Office Document Imaging executable found in the Office folder (don't remember the exact location) and select that executable to open *.MDI files and check the box "always use this program to open this file type".

Now, finally, the "File" menu in Microsoft Office Document Imaging will work
