Question about JVC AV-27230 27" TV
I have a JVC AV-27320 TV, and the picture was taken on a yellow tinge. It's especially noticable in green shades, which look almost a bright neon green. I know how to get into the service menu and adjust the color, but I'm a little wary of tweaking things too much, for fear of messing up something else (and I'm not entirely sure what I'm adjusting, since the service menu options are all abbreviations). Is it possible to get rid of the yellow tinge by adjusting the picture, and if so, what do I need to adjust?
The problem with the set is that the blue gun has gone weak, and not emitting at par with red and green guns in your picture tube. Turn of the blue screen and get the grainy display on the screen (detach the cable) and enter into service mode to fine tune until you get a perfect or black and white grain pattern.
