Jon i'm sorry their treating you that way I will try to help..First go back to where you bought the pressure washer and first speak with a sales person and explain that you only used the machine x times and that you feel it has not lived up to what you were tould.(wait until asked for the receipt befor saying anything) Just tell them when asked the receipt is at home,no lie there it is at your home right! Then if he/she cannot help then ask to speak with the manager.If that does not do it ask to speak to the corperate manager. Busness do not like there product being spoken about in a bad lite for the whole world to hear in there store... As they say the squeaky wheel gets the greese..hope that helps..
