Question about Voyetra Turtle Beach Ear Force X1 Headset
Ok im a big halo 3 player, i was playing a game of MLG and my mic fall of my head and hit the floor, i picked it back up, plugged it back in and now all the sudden my game sound quality sounds really weird and the people that are talking to me, i can barely hear. WTF just happened? I tryed re-plugging everything and stuff but it didn't help. Any body have a solution? <3 I've only had these for about 2 or 3 months.
This sounds like a broken talkback cable (puck). You can buy a replacement on the Turtle Beach site or contact their support about getting a replacement.
