You can use any generic 80mm fan, many local computer stores usually have a selection available.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Over heating on my Medion MD 97900 laptop any ideas

When the CPU overheats then it will shutdown (i.e. thermal overload) and won't boot up again until it has cooled down.If this is the problem is not fixed then the CPU will eventually fail.
A faulty fan causes this problem or the fan and heat sink assembly are cloggedwith dust.
Check the CPU fan to see if it spins freely, if not replace the fan. If the fan and heat sink is clogged withdust the remove the dust and make sure the vents are clear and dust free. Use acan of compressed air to do this.

Medion PC Grahics card dead

The Medion computers appear to use standard parts so the video card can be replaced with any one that uses the same slot. I believe the slot that yours has is PCI Express x16. In any case you can find out just by looking at the card that is already in there (maybe bring it into a computer store and ask the sales people what slot it is).

Medion Mid2020 MD-41060 Switches self off

Probably....overheating. Maybe....the CPU fan or chassis fan(s) need to be replaced. Or...perhaps...the thermal sensor on the Motherboard is failing.
