Question about Zanussi 18 in. ZSF4123 Slim-Line Free-standing Dishwasher
I have a new Zanussi ZSF4126 and can't figure out how to untwist the salt dial to pour the salt in..any ideas anyone? Also, a strange grey funnel shaped object came with the appliance and I have no idea what its for - it seems to large to be a soap powder funnel - any ideas on that too?

that dial with numbers is the flow rate for the rinse aid, just to the side of that there should be a little hole, it maybe under the flap where you put the powder, open the door fully, open the flap, find the little hole and pour rinse aid in there it should only hold about 1 to 200ml ( a small cup full? ) the dial should be set about halfway hope i have helped if so rate me please

I would suggest that you either have a problem with low water level therefore the top spray arm is not functioning correctly ie: water pressure in the area, inlet valve
or there is a problem with the rotation of the top spray are ie: blockage, restriction, spray arm bearings.
I hope this helps
