Problem for Nokia N95 Cellular Phone

N95 phone says installing when switched on

the phone when intially switched on says installing, and then carries on as normal, it then says memory card cannot be installed please use applications manager. any ideas why this is happening and how to stop it.

You possibly need to format the memory card.
