Question about Nokia 6100
Do you live in an area with good reception? If not then that is the problem. If you do live in an area with good reception then the problem could lie with the software of with the hardware. If the problem is in the software a master reset should help, if not a flash of the firmware is required. If it still doesn;t help then the it's hardware related...meaning something to do with the antenna of the phone. It could either be damaged or disconnected from the board of the phone...which in this case the phone needs to be serviced.
