I am trying to change the setting on the printer, however when i change the setting to print it is not accepting the changes when i start the printer. the setting are not saved. Helllllppp

- On the IBM infoprint 6500 i am trying to change some of the print setting ie. Forms length, Print quality the setting does not change when you start printing, it goes back to the original setting.

Have you gone to the " Save Configuration" option in the menu ? Try saving to ALL configuration locations.
