Setting on the control panel

I am trying to change the setting on the printer, however when i change the setting to print it is not accepting the changes when i start the printer. the setting are not saved. Helllllppp

On the IBM infoprint 6500 i am trying to change some of the print setting ie. Forms length, Print quality the setting does not change when you start printing, it goes back to the original setting.
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

Have you gone to the " Save Configuration" option in the menu ? Try saving to ALL configuration locations.
