This code indicates that the Black Drum has reached 100k. It could also be the black developer and primary transfer belt are at 100k. DC = Drum Cyan DM = Drum Magenta DY = Drum Yellow DK = Drum blacK Even if it is reset you will still need the drum unit or drum/mc kit replaced very soon. These units do not last much longer than specified. After this the print quality deteriorates rapidly. Eventually the drum edges wear away so much that they can force developer out of the dev tank. You can usually get away with not replacing the K dev. If you reset the K dev at the same time as replacing the K drum unit, the machine adjusts itself can function normally. A dev normally lasts 200-300K. The primary belt unit lasts longer than the 100K spec and often beyond 200K out of them before replacement or refurbishment.
Finally, make sure that the Firmware is up to date.
