menu > setting > initial setup > restore factory setting
and then enter password i.e. (000000) which is by default password if you change the password than enter that password.
Note:-Never try wrong passwords more than three time, It may be risky.
Then the phone will restart.
I think all minor problems with your phone will be eliminated.
