First off find where your music is stored and open up that window then open up a window with you mp3 player in it and drag and drop the music into the window with your mp3 player, or you can use windows media player to do the same thing, open up windows media player and connect your mp3 player then once it recognizez it open up the music library and start dragging the songs you want from the list over to the sync list and after your done click on the sync button and wait after its done you should have hours of music to enjoy

@i have a logik mp3 8gb .it does not want to show my my music in it, the only way i can view the the music is through searching for it through a pc. pls help me restore all my music

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto yourcomputer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.

I bought my niece an mp3 Logik player, unfortunately we cannot get it to load any songs. It says it has loaded okay but we cannot get any music to play from the mp3. What are we doing wrong? Jackie

It is all about the format of the songs. Make sure that the songs are in MP3 format. The instructions should specify what formats it will play.

Please advise me how I can upload audio from a CD to my LOGIK MP3. Thank you. John

you will need a PC with a CD drive, a windows media player or (something similar). place the CD into tray it should open the CD player (default)... select the tracks you wish (by checking the box on the side, save to your music file)... this is call ripping the CD... (do all your music first)... than connect the mp3, once you have all the tracks you want. you can copy/paste or click and drag to your mp3

I have downloaded songs to the mp3 but they are stored in local folder not music and i cant access them or listen to them. what do i do? it is a logik mp3, 2gb.

When you say "local folder", do you mean on your PC's disk, or on the player?

In any case, you can use Windows Explorer to move them to the proper place. Just find them, right-click on them and select "Copy" (or "Cut" if you want to move them, not copy them), then go to the player's music folder, right click and select "Paste". If the right-click confuses you, you can also find Copy, Cut and Paste under the "Edit" menu in Windows Explorer.

I am having problems playing back downloaded files.

Are the files actually .mp3 format? There are a few different compressed formats available now and some mp3 players etc are not compatible with these formats.
Older players (and some current ones) for instance will not play .wma files which are Windows Media Audio files.
