Double oven (one has died (by 3 users)

The top oven has died although the bottom one is fine- are there internal fuses which can be replaced or is an element that has blown?

The electric tripped, I reset the trip switch and when using the fan oven it does not heat. I presume it is the ring element has blown, reading your helpful comments?

top oven is not heating past 295; lower oven works fine
