Question about iRiver H10 MP3 Player
The only solution is to repace your iRiver, as the H10 is a discontinued model along with the firmware and the recovery tool for it too. The recover only work if you indeed have corrupt firmware, but if the harddrive is going than you will need to replace the H10.

Try reflashing the firmware for your device you can find the latest firmware and flashing utilities from the manufacturer?s website. Make sure that you back your music up first because when you do this you are setting it back to factory settings.
