What is the difference between a slotted round and square screwdriver?

You are probably having an issue with your shifter interlock. Your owners manual should tell you how to bypass it for emergency situations, but you will need to have it looked at and repaired. There is a cable and solenoid that releases when the brake pedal is depressed.

You've got two different issues here.

Square root of 39 IS the exact answer, as the result will be a surd (an irrational number with too many - or potentially infinite decimal places).

If you have been asked to round or show your answer to a number of decimal places then you use the answer toggle (the opposing arrows button above enter) to receive an approximation - a rounded answer (6.24 to two d.p. if you were to multiply these together you will see it is close to 39, but not EXACT, because it has been rounded already). You can also press the answer toggle again to see a longer decimal, but again this is rounded and not exact

I think you have a mismatched set. The ceiling box is wrong. It should also be round on a 750 style

To remove the bolt with the rounded head I would try cutting a slot in the top of the bolt head. Cut the slot to fit the largest straight tip screwdriver that you can find. then use a pair of pliers or vise grips to grip the shaft of the screwdriver to put more torque on the screwdriver (it helps if the screwdriver has a square shaft. If you think that the bolt is too seized into the engine block to try that, another thing to try is to weld another bolt to the head of the original bolt, (I would use a wire feed welder) so that you have an undamaged bolt head to use a wrench on (preferably a strong socket wrench). If you do weld another bolt onto the original bolt, make sure that you let the bolt cool down completely because when you get the bolt hot, it will expand and will not break loose until it has cooled. Have a fire extinguisher handy and good luck. Hope this helps.

You'll need to get a 3/8 wrench and a slotted screwdriver and locate the round governor shaft coming out of the engine block. The governor arm attaches to this with a clamping-bolt. You will notice that the round shaft is slotted for a screwdriver as well.
Loosen the clamping bolt slightly with your 3/8 wrench, insert your screwdriver and rotate the round shaft clockwise until it stops. (It has VERY little travel, so turn it both ways to verify that your are at FULL clockwise position.)
Hold screwdriver there and move the governor's arm in the same (clockwise) direction until the carb's throttle is set to WIDE OPEN throttle. Still holding the screwdriver clockwise, retighten the clamping bolt with the wrench.
Next, move the throttle lever on the dash of the tractor to idle and back to full several times and observe the carb's throttle shaft, it should come down from full throttle to idle and back again freely.

Start the engine and be prepared to shut it off if it over-revs.
If it doesn't over-rev, your base-line settings are correct.

If the latch is missing, what's holding the lid down ? Do you mean there is no tumbler for key? If that's the case, look inside hole for a round part, dead center, with square in middle. Pick a screwdriver that will fit in that square, stick it in there & turn.

Get a #0 1.6mm precision Phillps screwdriver (these are brittle) or similarly strong, thin piece of steel.

Hold the watch upside-down across your index finger while gripping the straps tightly between your index finger and thumb on one side, and index finger and middle finger on the other (ie. squeeze the strap around your index finger).

On the underside of the watch, stick the tip of the screwdriver under a square slot where the watchband is connected at an angle perpendicular to the strap. Firmly pry upwards on the cover on one side, then the other, until the cover pops off.

The battery is a Renata 379.

To put the cover back on, align the square slots precisely with the ends of the straps (keep these out straight), then firmly push the cover straight down until it "snaps" shut.
