The next step in repairing your unit after replacing the cartridges, is to replace the print head.

If you are refilling your catridges, there are many inks out there that actually eat up the nozzels in the print head.

If you need to refill, be aware that you may not end up saving money.

I use a Bulk ink system that uses ink that does no damage to the print head.
