You need to call Adobe customer support to get the auth. code for you product. Alternative you can try the online activation method. Both Adobe customer care phone number and online activation is available in photoshop activation wizard.

Contact Adobe and give them your serial number and they will generate a Auth Code for you.

we are unable to provide you the auth.. key here, but if you contact Adobe by phone the automated system can give you the auth key, your best bet would be to go to adobe.com and select your country nd there under the Contact Us page it will have Activations as a number to call. then you can get the key you need

We cannot generate an authorization code, only Adobe can do that. Otherwise that would be illegal. Just call into adobe and get it activated.

I also hate to tell you this, but you might want to try purchasing another copy of Photoshop, or speaking directly to Adobe, if that is a legitimate copy you are having difficulty with . While I like to consider myself an honest and fair person and will never cheat someone- there are people that have no doubt come across this post and are using that serial number and activation code to activate their own illegal versions now.
It is for this reason you should NEVER show your product serial number or activation code to ANYONE unless you know them and trust them well enough not to pirate your software. the serial number is your "proof of purchase".
