Acomdata HD500FPMM connection problem

It just won`t connect.I`ve tried restarting and reconnecting lots of times.I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the pci firewire extension board through which it actually connects to the pc as that solved the problem in the past

SOURCE: Acomdata hard drive Model HD320FES-72

Sounds like the drive has seized spindle... Not good news.
Is it buzzing similar to any of these noises: http://datacent.com/hard_drive_sounds.php ?
What you should do is remove the internal drive from the enclosure and connect it directly to the computer. If still buzzing then it's a real mechanical problem...

Turn up the volume on your iPhone. Also, try connecting your iPhone or any other media player, e.g. computer, to the AUX IN jack on the speaker and see if the volume is higher for that connection.

Candy Crush Saga won't connect to Facebook to sync

I never could connect on my android 2.3 phone, but then I read something online about needing to uninstall and re-install the facebook app on the phone... the facebook app came with my phone, and my phone would not let me uninstall it! I WENT TO THE GOOGLE PLAY STORE AND SEARCHED FACEBOOK. When it came up, it had the option to update my facebook app, so I updated it, after that CANDY CRUSH CONNECTED TO FACEBOOK NO PROBLEM... go figure... my phone has automatically updated the facebook app several times, but the candy crush app would never connect until I updated the app manually using the google play store... Bizare!

I keep trying to connect to xbox live and it is saying there was a problem with my connection when I test the xbox live connection. It can be a bad wireless connection because my laptop is having no...

Even if other devices are not having a problem connecting to your wireless access point, it is usually a good idea to try those steps first.
1. Unplug the power cord from your modem. 2. Unplug the power cord from your router. 3. Wait 10-15 seconds. 4. Reconnect the power to your modem. 5. Reconnect the power to your router. 6. Wait 30-45 seconds while the devices reconnect to your service provider. 7. Retest your Xbox Live connection.
This process is known as power cycling. It removes the temporary files and caches stored in the devices, so when you reconnect a device, such as your Xbox, it's actually making a new connection request rather than trying to use the previous connection, which in some cases becomes corrupted and results in a connection error.
(I've had to do this several times with my own Xbox. Computers connect to the Internet just fine, but Live says there's a connection problem. Power cycling fixes it every time.)

Trying to figure out if my acomdata 80 GB Hard Drive still works, its been along time since I"ve used it, was wondering if I got the fire wire connections right, Are you supposed to use two fire...

just one firewire cable will work.
if the unit doesn't power on you can pull the hard drive out and put it in another external hard drive case usb/firewire/sata.
if it doesn't work then the only option to recover the data is to send it to a 3rd party hard drive recovery.

Press windows key +R key so you can see run then type in run "devmgmt.msc" then press ok so you can see device manager uninstall all usb drivers then it automatic install usb drivers. then check. Also you need to change registry for that type in run "regedit" then press ok then you can see registry editor then locate below key. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11 CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} And remove upper filter and lower filter. Then restart computer then check.
