Question about Cell Phones
Remove the battery, press the red "OFF" button, then put the battery back and start your phone (with that same red "OFF" button).
If you don't know how to reach the battery, just look at this video at 1:09

Hey return it to the store where you bought it, i think its the unit that have a problem, maybe they can replace it with a new working one.:)
