That may depend on the type and size of the cpu that you install in the mother board. You need to state what processor (CPU) that is installed or will be.

Trying to find heatsink unit to be able to use the board

Hello here is the intel homepage:

Your mainboard is using the LGA 775 socket.

The heatsink fan looks like this:

The fan can still be bought in a computer store, online shop or a repair shop.

I will recommend to but a better fan, like the brand northq, because the standard fan is difficult to mount correctly on the mainboard.

Remember to add a bit of cooling paste on the cpu, before you mount the fan.

Good luck

Right i need the size or model for the cooling fan that all intelboard mode E210882

The Heatsink/Fan combo is based on the processor socket used.

After a few search hits, I have seen E210882 on Intel based motherboards, that use two different processor sockets.
The Socket 478, and the LGA 775 processor socket.

The socket for the Socket 478 has the pin holes. The Processor has the pins. (478 of them)

The socket for the LGA 775 processor socket has the pins. The Processor has the pin holes. (775 of them)

Identify which processor socket you have, buy accordingly as to the Heatsink/Fan combo.

One example of a Heatsink/Fan combo for an Socket 478 processor socket,
(Only Intel uses the Socket 478 for their Processors),

Remember to observe Anti-Static Precautions, Thoroughly clean the top of the Processor's case, and aplly fresh new thermal paste.
(A Processor is the most susceptible hardware component to Static shock)

If you would like advice on how to properly clean the processor's case, properly apply thermal paste, and/or what Anti-Static Precautions are, post in a Comment.

I think my cpu died, how do I take off old one with heatsink and fan attached. The motherboard is an iwill p4s.

You will need to remove the fan first. Usually, if its a stock intel fan, there are 2 clips that lift up, then you will need to pry the edges out of the notches. Once you get the fan off, there is a little metal bar you will lift up to open the cpu holder and release the pins. Then lift the cpu up out of the socket.
