Re: Lost my Software

The keyboard should not need anything more that what the operating system has already.
Have you tried it?
If there is something missing - did you really need it?
Try the GE Compact website if you are really stuck for a download

I have a ONN wireless keyboard but I lost the tiny piece that plugs into the computer terminal to make it work. How do I get another of these?

That little piece is your wireless receiver. You could purchase a replacement from the logitech unifying receiver. When you receive it, you can download the free software and instructions from So the receiver will recognize your existing keyboard.

GEPower Keyboard Help - Worked before, but not now

Did you install the CD software program for the Keyboard?
The Keyboard should have been plugged in before you started your computer. Then you should have installed the CD program.

Also after installation if it doesn't work try the following:
Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

? or ?

Double check that everything is US-english for the keyboard. go to START>>>control panel>>>regional and language options. Make sure everything in the first screen is go to the LANGUAGE tab go to DETAILS. look to see what the keyboard language is. If set on US change it to something the settings go back in and change it to US then save again. Check everything else make sure its US.

GE keyboard driver problems

These are the guys you need to contact; - they have an online driver download for the HO98055(which is a mouse and keyboard package so the keyboard could be the same) and which may work fine but i have not been able to confirm this. Other driver download sites seem to be all silent about this keyboard model - perhaps few were made. Hope this helps, please ask again if you get no luck from Jasco(they run GE computer accessories now) :)
