Question about LG LMV1650ST Microwave Oven
The fan is always on when microwave is working. The user manual says it is supposed to turn automatically on when the temperature is high, and therefore I suspect the problem in the temperature sensor. How to locate it? I would be happy to get rid of this feature.
All microwaves have an internal fan. Generally, they work whenever the unit is heating. There may be a second 'overload' fan...that may be what they are referring to. If this is an over-range unit, these items have special sensors related to heat from the stove. My advice: don't mess with it if it is doing whatever else you want.
