Question about Sony VAIO VGC-JS130J/S 20.1-Inch All-in-one PC (2.5 GHz Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5200 Processor, 4 G... PC Desktop
I bought a Sony VGC-JS130J on 4 March 2009. Since then I have had a service technician out, sent the desktop back to Sony repair (San Diego, CA), and had a service technician out a second time . The original problem still exists - the screen randomly goes blank for a couple of seconds and then returns (no data lost). The first service technician replaced the mother board, the repair center replaced the hard drive, the second technician replaced the hard drive.
Have you tried another moniter with your system....if not yet try replacing with other moniter.........if problem still persist...check if there is any software or service runnig in background.....then let me know about it.......do reply....
