Question about Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse VSBX300001
I have a Microsoft Wireless 4000 series mouse, it works for a few minutes then stops working and will not respond. (BTW- the computer is a new compaq with Vista and an AMD processor, if that helps) If I remove the usb and plug it back in it works for another minute or two, but then stops! I have all drivers and software needed, it says nothing about error, what can fix this?
I'm having pretty much the same problem with my Microsoft Wireless 4000 mouse and my hp-compaq 8510p laptop. If I shut my machine down, or restart, my mouse no longer works. I have to uninstall/reinstall the Intellipoint software. The synaptics touch pad continues to work, but the mouse fails.
