You can either try to tease them out using an old CD through the slot .....or the player will have to be removed from the dashboard , the covers taken off and the CDs taken out.
Make sure you have the SECURITY CODE before you start.
If you do not have the code then POST ANOTHER QUESTION
quoting the radio/player MAKE+MODEL plus ALL the LETTERS+NUMBERS on ANY LABELS ,BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING
Also quote the MAKE of CAR
note: Unfortunately not all radios can be decoded using the Serial Number
