i tried to download the program that someone suggested but when i plugged in the camera and pulled up the software, it only had a button for "download" and when i clicked it, it wouldn't work.

i bought this camers and it seems like alot of people are having problems with it but for some reason my computer wont read the disc that came with it that i am suppose to install so now i cant upload my pics from the camera could someone please help me maybe send me the software or something please...my email is biancasmomma929@aol.com please help me someone.

I received the Vivitar Mini Digital Camera for a Christmas present. The package was impossible to open. So I took the scissors to it. However, I cut into the disk. The printing on the disk is: EOTSQXXC

Arcsoft Photo Impression4.0
How can I either receive a new disk or download a copy from the internet.
