The second day of this brand new product an almost smokey smell became VERY noticable in the mist! I rinsed everything out and started over, but it's still there. Should I just return it? I have the same issues with my humidifier~ smelly mist that clouds up my house. The thing is that my house is brand new and so is the unit. Brand new unit with new filter installed.
Hate the smell. quite and vaporizers great...but the darn smell. Not sure if it is hot plastic smell or what, but it is not good.
consider adding some scent to the darn thing.Brand new unit with new filter installed.

If you still have your Owner's Manual or Guide, it should tell you where and how to order replacement parts. Or it should have a Customer Service telephone number you can call.
did you figure out the filter? there is a filter there when you take it apart but it doesn't say anything in the manuel about changing a filter. let me know if you figured it out. thanks
