My Teac MP 360 512 doesn't start.i need a software named FIRMWARE to install because i have a friend who is expert on this,but she told me to search the software FIRMWARE.can you send me the software if you have it on my adress mail.here it is cristy042007@yahoo.com

I am having similar problem with my newly bought TEAC mp 360 player. I have already charged the battery for more than eight hours but it just wouldn't start when I press the on/off button. I am also confused by the troubleshooting notes that accompanies the player. It says; Please check if HOLD function is activated'. What and where in the world do I find the HOLD function? Appreciate if someone can help.
