Question about Canon PowerShot SD960 IS Digital Camera
I have a Canon Powershot SD960 IS. I have followed the instructions on how to download pictures on my computer. When I connect the USB port and turn the camera on, it shows that the camera is connected. However neither the CameraWindow program nor Microsoft Digital Image Editor are showing up on the dialogue box which asks which program to use to launch the action. I have also tried accessing these programs through the Programs menu but I get the message 'Cannot detect camera.Check Connection and retry'. The connection is there as indicated by the dialogue box yet I keep receiving the same message. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the DIGITAL SOLUTION disk that came with the camera.
Use a card reader to download your pictures to a folder you create on your desktop. From there, you can transfer the pictures to any program you wish.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Another zoombrowser problem
You can use microsoft scanner and camera wizard to download in the meantime. I'm not sure what is going on with your Zoombrowser software. Which Operating System are you running?
