Question about Canon IXUS 960 IS Digital Camera
Was working fine one day, then the next it's dead. Both batteries fully charged and camera completey dead. Manufacturers agents want £95 to look at it and fix any minor issus (not including circuit board). That's half the value of the camera, and no guarentee it's fixed!
Canon Support advised me to ring repair centre.
Firstly rang H. Lehmann in Stoke who advised fault was inline fuse requiring stripdown at £96
Secondly called Colchester Camera repairs who said it was a known fault and would be repired free of charge despite being out of warranty. GOOD ON THEM !!!
