The printer is making a high pitch noise when printing
Ce this gear RU5-0957-CLN and the fuser bushing the right 1 part # BSH-2400-PRNEW (same as 2400 )

Try backing off on the screws that hold the fuser in place.Start with
the bottom right.

Very bad. HP is crowd of fools, getting started to **** a brain to us.It was very good printer producer,now I dislike it more and more.

Same thing happened to mine at work. All because the paper tray indicator was not exactly on 'letter' size.
Remove the lower tray and remove all of the paper. Insure that the 2 paper size selectors are exactly on the marks for the size of paper you are using.
My HP4015N is now running at full speed with NO ANNOYING HUM!!
