Possible reasons for this problem are bad software (reinstall the drivers) or bad cable (try to change it). In worst case the logic board assembly is defective.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)

Try connecting each device to a different computer, to see if the devices work at all.

Try every USB port on your computer, to see if you have one "bad" USB port.

Try another USB port or another computer altogether. For some reason there are some drives that some computers see and others that they dont.

Hope this helps

No device recognized when connected to computer

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

My computer doesn't recognize my Sansa E200

Make sure player's usb menu is set to MSC, so computer will recognize it. Not sure why, but sometimes it helps to try another usb port on the computer. Good luck.
