It does not power on even at tv

You will have to go into the service manual and check the start up voltages as they enter the set. The manual will show you which components to check for standby power and start up voltages.

Tv turns off by it self

Ours 60" (60P8342) turns off after a short period of time also. My husband researched it online. The cheap solution he was told to try is to unplug the TV (or plug into power strip and switch off) when you are done watching it. A computer board inside over heats and it's a protection mechanism for it to turn off. Otherwise, it's over $100 to fix the computer board.

Your TV is going into protective shutdown. Usually from a small part malfunctioning such as a diode or transistor. But you would need the service manual to actually diagnose this
