Can anyone help me install my ollivetti printer (photo plus any way)?

I have tried to use the cd disc provided and followed the instructions manual, but the disc will not open up. Please please help me.
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

Please, write the model of the printer, and I ll try to get the instalation files on internet..
