Colored lines are printing on the printed copies. It does not occur when we copy items, only when they are printed. The maintenance code "AA" is on the screen as well. I don't know what that code means....

When this happens, you need to clean the scanning area. When you lift the top cover, you will see a green clip on the right hand side (of the actual cover) and you clean the scanning section on the left hand side on both the bottom of the cover and on the base where you would put your original copies.

Then open where you put the toners in, and pull out on the green rods a few times each, and this will help clear the grid.

Sharp ar5320 developer reset code

The developer doesn't have a reset code.  It uses a calibration program instead with the reset integrated into it.
Even though the copy quality is fine for now, it can change in the next few days.  You should order some developer.

Fault Code COF37

COF37 is a code for ATDC high black density failure. Several different things can cause this code & I assume it does not clear by turning the machine on & off.It may be a dirty sensor or may need a black developer change. Either way I would recommend contacting a tech as the process unit can be tricky to remove.
