When I press start, the dishwasher sounds like it’s running through its usual activities, and I hear all the clicks I’m used to hearing. But, the machine sounds too quiet, like there is not really any water pouring in. It runs like this for a few minutes. The washing light and the sensing light are on together, while it runs. Then, suddenly, the sensing light turns off, the washing light stays on for another minute before everything stops and the green “clean” light begins flashing. From there, I have to do a reset by using the heated dry-normal cycle combo. When I look inside the machine, the soap tray is open, but most of the powdered soap is still inside. The dishes are not remotely clean, and there is no water sitting at the bottom of the tub. The only thing that seems to have happened is that the inside of the machine is hot and humid as if it had run normally. Not sure if I need a new motor, have a blocked pump, or some other issue. Thanks for any advice!

It indicates a water temp problem. If water temp doesn't rise at a certain rate, by the heater, it goes into this error. Probably a problem with heater or wires to it.

Some dishwashers have a telescoping nozzle in the center on the bottom. If this is blocked by a large pot in the middle of the bottom tray, the nozzle will only extend up into the pot, and not be able to spray the entire top rack.
Also, some models have an arm mounted in the top. Check and see if it can spin freely, and if it's nozzles are clogged.
De-clog by soaking the part in vinegar.
