Question about NorStar T7316E Corded Phone
We have two NorStar T7316E phones in our office, and the mailbox for one of them is locked - too many failed password attempts. I've tried resetting the mailbox password for that phone's extension both from that phone and on this one through Feature 983, and it says the password has been reset, but the mailbox is still locked. Any help would be great!
You will need to dial into the system admin of the voicemail
the password is dependant on how many digits your extensions use. 1020000 for 3 digit and 10020000 for 4 digit, 120000 for 2 digit.
go through the screens
Mailboxes, modify, scroll to password and press change.
Will reset to 0000.
