Hi, The most important thing when it comes to venting a "gas" fired dryer is it be vented outdoors using solid galvenized 4" pipe.( never ever never use plastic flex vent, even the nice shiney stuff that "looks" like foil/metal). Any other concerns are merely choice of direction, i.e. Out the side panel, thru the back, length of run etc. Hope that helps good luck ps Sorry for the sloppy looking post, I'm trying this on my iphone for the first time.

My LG True Steam gas dryer continues to flash check filter and there is not heat even after cleaning vents. Suggestions?

Check filter is just a reminder. Not connect to any sensor, etc. I would guess your igniter is bad. A common issue. Check out repairclinic.com or appliance parts pros.com for repair videos.

Gas lg steam dryer DLGX7188RM cleaned filter , vent tubing, unplugged, still check filter light flashing , hit power goes straight to cool down .

the check filter light is just a reminder. it is not connected to a sensor. goes out when you start the next cycle so your issue is not connected to that.

What does it mean when my LG true steam dryer has and indicator on that says flow sensor

That might have something to do with the exhaust vent in back of the machine. It could be that it isn't venting properly. Or the other thing it could be is that where the cold water hose is connected to the dryer for the steam could be kinked therefore not allowing sufficient water flow.

Steam comes out of dryer after cycle and door is opened

Probably has a restricted vent. Go outside with dryer running and check air coming out vent. Should be a good blast...not just a breath. Clean out the vent and make sure it's not kinked. If it vinyl or foil vent, replace it! Also make sure lint screen is cleaned everytime.
