Canon MF5700 Download Standby problem -- How to solve it?

Hi, you need to upgrade firmware from start. Download standby is message that appears when system is colapsed and when you want to upgrade firmware from service mode.

towards the bottom right choose the download software option, then multifunctional, click on your printer, choose windows 7 and follow the instructions

Go to the canon website. Click on the support link. Lookup your specific model # and input the operating system you are running. The software/driver package will appear for free download. Download and install. You should be all set. Hope this helps.

Download the Canon MF Update Tool from the Canon Homepage.
Connect your Canon Laserbase MF5700 series to your PC and flash the Firmware.

Worked at my Canon Laserbase MF5750.
Had the same problem like you.
