Question about Acer Aspire 5610-4648 Notebook
My laptop uses vista and when i turn it on it says the kernel is missing or corrupt status: 0xc00000e9 i have no start up disk
First, try doing Alt-F10 at bootup. It's supposed to load erecovery management. This is where the recovery software is located. If you can execute it, you will be able to restore windows and still create another recovery set.
Now, if you have tried to boot into Safe Mode with Command prompt and this doesn't work, then you will have to contact Acer and order the discs. It'll cost about 50 dollars to order a recovery set from Acer.
