If it comes out spout, then I would guess that there must be something inside shower head blocking it. With a cresent wrench carefully unscrew shower head and inspect. When reinstalling you should use alittle teflon tape on threads first.

The water flow from my triton electric shower does not stop even after unit is switched off

28487001 is not an electronic shower head made by Hansgrohe. It is an overhead shower head that has no electronic parts. Triton is a completely different company. If you have an electronic shower system by Triton you will need to contact Triton. If you have a Hansgrohe product feel free to contact Hansgrohe at 1-800-334-0455.

I need a water restricter

Most manufacturers of faucets and shower heads install flow restriction devices at the factory when building the products. These devices are proprietary in most cases and are made to be difficult to remove and in some cases removal will damge the product. There may be some after market flow restriction devices that are made to be installed between the shower arm and shower head but I am unaware of any specific models or brands. If you need help with any Hansgrohe products feel free to contact Technical services at 1-800-334-0455.

Hansgrohe PB shower cartridge (brand new) passing water thru cold side with valve turned off. Six-year old cartridge replaced the other day. Removed side filters and cleaned. O-rings ok. Applied silicon...

What is the model number of the unit in question? What color was the old cartridge in the valve and the new cartridge that you replaced it with? If no model number do you have any pictures of this valve/trim in question? It could be that you got the wrong replacement cartridge or something is not properly aligned within the valve. Feel free to contact me direct at Hansgrohe. I'd be happy to help. 1-800-334-0455. Press 2 for tech and ask for David. Or email me at david.scarborough@hansgrohe.com

Hansgrohe shower head leaking

If the shower head is constantly dripping and not shutting off it is most likely the valve in the wall not the head itself. How is the head leaking? Where/when does the water show up? Feel free to contact Hansgrohe Tech at 1-800-334-0455. Press 2 for tech. We would be happy to help.

Hansgrohe shower head water leaking out of connector

Is it a Grohe or Hansgrohe shower head? If it is a Hansgrohe shower head the first thing to check is if the self sealing filter gasket is installed at the connection to the shower arm. Hansgrohe shower heads have a black self sealing filter gasket in the head that some people remove assuming it is a flow restriction device. It is only a filter and does not restrict flow unless clogged with debris. Next make sure the flow restriction device below the filter gasket is still installed. On some models removing the flow restrictor will cause water to be expressed from the air injection ports near the pivot ball. Feel free to contact me at Hansgrohe. 1-800-334-0455. Press 2 for Technical and ask for David Scarborough

Hansgrohe 06358620 shower not hot enough

Remove the handle by loosening the screw near the bottom. You should see a plastic ring, probably green, that is the hot water safety. Adjust it so that the handle will turn further for more hot water. It most likely pulls out, then turn it left, reinsert and reattach the handle.

Shower body three way diverter problem, no water to one port

try taking the shower head off and see if there is something stuck in it. sometimes things will come through the water lines and lodge themselves in the valves as well. if the shower head isn't clogged try dismantling the valve that turns the shower head on and then turn the water on when its out and flush the port out.

changing the shower head will not do anything.to do what you want, you would need more BTU's or a bigger unit to supply more water, someone may be hogging the water also.
