Bosch SHU66C makes noise, but doesn't spray or run through cycle

Over the last few days, the dishwasher hasn't drained completely a couple of times. Tonight, we pushed the button to start it and it kept sounding like it was running, but the time never decreased and nothing ever progressed with the cycle.

I think we got a lemon with this dishwasher! We have had to replace the soap dispenser twice and the motor in the bottom once.
