there should be 2 1/4 inch screws on the bottom of the washer that hold the bottom plate in the front on....take those out (make sure you unplug the machine) and there will be a pump clean out behind that access panel....it unscrews counterclockwise...they usually get plugged up with lint...just clean that out and put it back together and you should be good to go

I need to replace the time on my GE WBVH6204F front loader washer. I have removed the screws I can see, but dont want to pull any harder on the plastic panel with all the buttons because I am afraid I am going to break something. Am i missing a step or screws somewhere? please help!!

Horrible agitation. I can't even wash bath mats or anything heavy and large. Have had it checked by GE repairman and he just checked for balance. Had level platforms built to try and help with balancing. Gets off balance with each wash. The machine is on a pedastal. Had checked to make sure shipping bolts were removed and they were. Hate this machine
