1. Power off your All-in-One and unplug it. 2. Plug in your All-in-One again and turn it on. 3. Uninstall and then reinstall your cartridges. 4. If this does not resolve the issue, try the troubleshooting steps for the other cartridge errors below.
sounds like your printers settings have accidentally been set to print a smaller area. When you print, look into the area that says page settings or properties before you print, you may find the settings altered. If the settings are set to print full page, then post back as we will need to explore other issues. Cheers lilacgerry
