You have to go to settings and change it to multiple faxing, it is now setting to faxing one page only.

Thanks for using fixya

Today I tried to send a fax with 18 pages. It sent through the first 6 pages and then stopped. I tried again and it scans and the squealing sounds to say that it is talking to the other fax machine but...

Well there is a limit to the number of pages ,do six at a time to see if that does it . All those pages have to be stored in the memory of the fax machine so most of the tie the memories in those things aren't that big so that is the problem. Another deal is hit the start button once the other end picks up to help it out in deciphering and that will probably solve it. Please rate if that helped

Blank page prints in between a fax received

if its coming from a fax server this cannot be stopped. You should upgrade to a newer better machine that is up to industry standard. Fax servers are basically faxing you from a computer. This is a different process than faxing from an actual fax machine and the page size can be conflicted. Only high end newer machines can compensate for this.
